PII Masking

Protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is essential for maintaining user privacy and complying with data protection regulations.

Eucera provides PII Control settings so you can mask sensitive information across both SaaS Chat and the Website Marketing Bot.


What is PII?

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) refers to any data that can be used to identify an individual. Examples include email addresses, names, financial details, locations, and IP addresses.


How to Set Up PII Masking

To enable PII masking:

  1. Go to Settings: Log in to your Eucera account, click on the Settings menu, and select PII Control from the left-hand panel.
  2. Choose Application: You will see PII settings for both SaaS Chat and Website Marketing Bot.
  3. Toggle Masking Options: For each application, switch on the types of PII you want to protect.
  4. Save Changes: Click Save to apply masking rules.

Available Masking Options
